This morning we got up a little late for a Moving Day. We did our thing and we left TTH at 10 am. We drove out to the truck wash and arrived at 10:35 am. It made me so nervous pulling under under the roof. Really depends on the angle you are looking at.
Only the one side worked. We had to pull half way in wash that. Then move front more and finish. It took an hour to finish.
I used the squeeze when he finished.
We left about 11:30 and got on 81 N. in Lickdale. Drove about an hour and went into a rest area for lunch, I made before we left.
It is amazing how much haze there is up here from the smoke.
We arrived at our spot upstate with my brother's about 2:30 in the afternoon.
We pulled over and looked at our spot made a plan. Drew was already there to help. The RV looked really good after washing it.
Drew watched and talked with Jim outside while he set up. I worked on the inside.
He came in for a visit then.
Can't believe how much colder it is up here. We definitely need the heat overnight. We are only plugged into a 20 amp outlet. But it's working out OK.
Jim will work on installing a 30 amp later.
We went in the house and later I made dinner salads and chicken Condon Bleu on our Ninja for dinner.
We all went to bed 9:30, was a busy day. Nice to have our home here and our own bed.
