Today we stopped at Showcase Citrus Grove right up the road.
They have a petting zoo pick your own oranges whole bunch of food trucks, drinks and slushies. Then we went to Ruby Tuesdays for lunch. Stopped at Target I found two bathing suits. Then we did our first line dancing from 6 to 8 p.m. on the pickleball court with the lights. So much fun Jim had a fire outside tonight.

Later in the afternoon we went to CVS to pick up 1 prescription for Jim in one for me. Total bill was $477. We even found a coupon for half off or it would have been over eight hundred crazy . Most of that was mine. Then we went to Camping World in Kissimmee again. Returns though refrigerator bars that were too large found some smaller ones. And we went to Walmart found a whole bunch of Disney things for Mia's birthday next month. Neil called looking for a campfire so Jim started another one tonight too. Nancy and I talked for 50 minutes while they were outside, and I took a shower later. Did two more loads of laundry.
Saturday January 23, 2021
Today I was up at 7 a.m. drank two cups of coffee. That I went for a walk by myself from 8:30 to 9:30. Started drizzling a little. Came back had breakfast Jim had a bowl of Cheerios and a banana while I was gone. Then we went up to the activity center and had coffee and donuts Saturday mornings with the membership specialist. Picture hanging in Family Center,we used to have one like it.
Then we came back and took a long golf cart ride went by lady having a yard sale when I walked by. When by her again and bought some of her yarn and 2 stained glass grape window hangings. Dollar each couldn't resist. Came back made a BLT for lunch started a pot of soup turkey burger and veggies.
Then we put some things away to move tomorrow. Jim grilled salmon for dinner I made sweet potato fries and hush puppies in the air fryer. Took the last of our garbage up to the dumpster stopped with Nancy and Neil and said hello and goodbye. As we move tomorrow to 3 Flags
I am so glad we have Prescription coverage. Wow.... that much for 2 scripts.
ReplyDeleteBut think of it..... one is Len's is almost $13,000 a month. Humana pays all but $567. And Assistance Fund pays the rest. We haven't had to pay a penny. He has to reapply every year. Good til Jan 1 2022. He had another that was covered under another Fund but denied this year. We would pay $142 a month. They are determining if it is needed. Costs, costs, costs.
