Travel Day

Well blog is really short now since my phone kicked me out and I lost my post that I was working on for a week. I'm taking it as a sign to spend less time on it, and have more fun.

So my new policy, short and sweet.

Yesterday was raining on and off all day. But today we had a great moving day. We went from TTO to 3 Flags TT. Same place we spent 6 weeeks last year, at the very beginning of all this. About 1  1/2 hours away. We arrived just before noon. 

We had a choice of 3 sites. We picked a really good one, we really liked. 

After we got set up. We went to the hotel his Mom is staying at for 5 days while we are here. They showed us her handicapped room.

He can use the shuttle van service for the hotel, they will pick him up at the CG and take him to the Airport.

Then we went to Brownwood in The Village's and ate dinner there, at Cody's.

They had live music, and we ate out on deck, So beautiful out. We line danced a little.Then we walked around the town square they had a live band, and alot of people were dancing too.

Jim called talked with his Mom about there trip together.

We got home with great leftovers for tomorrow. Wonderful moving day. 

Monday January 25,  2021

I was up today at 7. We Went for a walk together from 9 to 10. Came home made us breakfast. 

We defrosted the outside freezer. Was so frosted up door wouldn't shut right, shifted a little in there. Took awhile I took inventory of what was in there, and then what shelf it was on.

Jim packed his bag for tomorrow and he wrapped Mia's birthday gifts to take with him.

We had lunch then I took another walk alone.

We took a golf cart ride. 

Jim grilled with items out of the freezer, 4 chicken patty's, 4 sweet Italian chicken sausage. 3 apple chicken breakfast sausage. One meat loaf burger. We ate lite dinner. I made soup with the Italian chicken sausage and tortellini. 

Jim talked with Vicky and Bryon, he is staying with them for 1 night. 

Sat outside a lot today, was 83.  had the awnings out We both took showers. Watched a little TV, great day.
