Today at Holiday Travel an Encore Park in Holiday Florida.

This morning after I got ready, I walked up to the activity room, to go to their walk fit class. This park has a lot of full-time residents. The first two I talked to are French Canadian and didn't speak a lot of English. The one lady was able to talk to me a little bit. We did our walk fit class, in silence, lol, no one really said anything.

It was a video of Leslie that I've seen before, so that was nice. And a few of the people left and more came in and a different lady was teaching line dance class. After line dance class then they had chair yoga next, I sat with them for the first few minutes. A lot of the moves was lifting your arms above your head a lot, I'm always afraid of hurting my shoulders again. So I walked back to Jim. Probably over half a mile walk back to our site. After I got back I took a shower we had lunch together and then we took off for our daily Adventure.

First we stopped at Dick's Sporting Goods. There was a lady in Orlando that had these awesome workout pants, she said she got them at Dick's. We walked around forever and never could find them, kind of disappointing. But we walked past the dumbbells and Jim insisted I take this picture.

Total of 35 lb that I lost with NO BS free course.com. After we left there we drove past a Whole Foods. Which Jim hates, I went in by myself looked around. Crazy how expensive things are in there. I only bought some steel cut oatmeal and almond flour treat. I also found Bell and Evans chicken patty we love from Fredericksburg, PA. I would like to go back one day and get some.

After we left there we headed to our final destination for the day which was Wild Rover Brew where we had a meet and greet when Todd and Sheila from Switch It Up. Here's a picture of Jim in front of the building with Shrek.

That's the name of their truck, lol. We had a lovely Buffet with Hardy appetizer dinner. We had fresh fruit and veggies, Burger sliders a lovely baked triangle tortillas with spinach dip, macaroni and cheese, wings, broccoli salad, cookies for dessert etc. Todd and Sheila said hi to everyone. Gave us a few details of the night.

The band was fantastic they were called Whiskey Sonic. Our theme for this coming Huddle, at Margaritaville is going to be the 70's theme., on our Yacht, Jim's not too thrilled about that. But Todd sure made it fun tonight.

Then we all choreographed a few moves with The Switch Crew as Harold Strange was there recording and a few other YouTubers were helping Todd. We got to practice a few moves for upcoming videos. We had a lovely time sitting with Billy and Cindy talking to so many people we have met before.

It's so awesome being with all these people. The Switch It Up is a movement of people coming together to inspire others, create community and impact the world. Is the mission statement.

This morning after coffee and breakfast. I walked up and did walk fit.. We got ready for today's daily Adventure. I had a light lunch at home and then we took off after 12:00 noon and went to the Sponge Docks at Tarpon Springs.

Yesterday when we were walking around we saw they had a boat tour, where you can see dolphins and they dock on an island you can pick up shells. So we decided we would do it. At the last minute we "switched it up" , and decided to do it today instead. We got our tickets and then went to Yianni's for Jim to have lunch before we left. They gave a discount if you had bought boat tickets.

Jim had a wonderful meal of a salad, fish sandwich and french fries I just enjoyed a beverage, well water with lemon. Then we boarded the boat it was a lot of fun. Jim had a Margarita.

Got to see dolphins, really quickly after we left the dock.

So fun to watch them, they love to play with the boat, as the boat captain called it. This guy hung out with us like this at least 10 minutes. Just keeping pace with the boat speed.
