This a.m. Jim was up first, and then he asked me if I was getting up. I didn't even realize it was about 7:20 a.m. we had to be at the diesel shop 8 in the morning to get a new starter put in. We packed water and my oatmeal, Jim ate the rest of the deviled eggs. We went out, the truck started up fine no problems, thank goodness we arrived at the shop as it's only a few minutes away. And she said oh we can't get to it till until 2. OMG oh, now what.
He's afraid to go somewhere and turned it off in case it wouldn't start again. So we filled up with diesel, it shut us off at $100. And he left it run while he filled it oh, not something we normally do.
So we got back to the RV, we both just washed our hair in the sink. I ate my oatmeal later had a light lunch. Took Golf cart riding. Watch some YouTube videos before you knew it was time to go again.
Back to the shop. The lady made the three-hour wait very enjoyable. We chatted almost the whole time and she was working and people would come and go. She told us some stories, some restaurants to go to. They also had a fifth wheel. It took them longer than normal because some of the bolts were hot on the starter. We finally got to leave and our bill was $387.49

then we went to Kroger grabbed a couple things quickly, I wanted to look around, BUT. Jim was starving to death again per usual. We decided to just go back to the RV as they were having a barbecue Texas food truck here. We stopped at the RV I put the few groceries in the freezer. We jumped in the golf cart and went over to the food truck.
It was really good, he had barbecue brisket, pork and sausage sandwich. I just had a pork barbecue sandwich, we shared baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, french fries what's the only thing that wasn't that great, too salty.
We ate at a picnic table they're a little windy. But we really enjoyed it. Nice menu
By then it was almost 7 went back to the RV relaxed for the rest of the evening.
