This morning we met up for breakfast in two shifts, 7:30 and 8:00. We were the 8:00 shift.
After breakfast I had to run back to the FW to get a few more things. That we all loaded up in Billy and Cindy's Jeep, along with Pat and Carol. We headed to the Children's Home. It was only a few miles away.
We all gathered together in our red shirts.
Got a few pictures and then the boss man and his helper, gave us directions on where to go, and what needed done. Most important no pictures of the children, we never saw any.

They have people putting together bicycles from Walmart that were donated, picnic tables in a pavilion that needed power washed, the group homes needed to cleaned, making beds,, weeding needed done in some flower beds. There was also a warehouse that needed organized, you can see all the plates on the floor with some bicycles.
Above Middle top picture. If you want you can zoom in on all pictures.
I was in the home and was cleaning sweeping and mopping dusting moving furniture. We finished one house and went to a second, worked on part of a third.
But then it was after 12:00 noon then we all gathered to head back. First we dropped off Billy and Pat and Carol at Anakeesta.
While we were gone Jim was keeping an eye on Marie and took her for a golf cart ride , and took her up for lunch . He was also working with a man who washes rigs here , he took care of Billy and Cindy's as there's got washed, and so did our neighbor Nate and Terri . Jim said he almost washed ours. Then we went back to meet Jim and Marie for lunch. We got to say hi to Ryan Harmon.
After lunch we went back to FW. We rested for a while Jim actually fell asleep. We had a pretty good rain storm, and had to put the awning in. When it was over I went out squeegee at the back of the fifth wheel was still wet.
After he woke up we planned with Cindy for her to follow us to the trolley station then we jumped in the Jeep with her and Marie and went up to Anakeesta.
This is what the bus looks like.
Marie is the sweetest lady, I think she really enjoys Jim's company. He pushed her all around in the chair. We got Marie on the bus to go to the top. Too bad it wasn't a nicer day, but the rain had stopped again for a while. We got to see Ryan at the top after he got off the zip line, he was a little shaken, but he said it was fun.
The Astra Lumina show, light at night. We didn't stay for that. Ever here of the 3 little bears.
Then we walked around different shops, as we said HI to Switch crew that was everywhere.
When it started raining again when we dodged under a roof and got back on the closed in car to go down the mountain. Had a lovely chat with this couple on the way down.
We made a run for it to Ole Red. It was packed, they said we had a 45 minute wait, was really only 20 maybe 25. We ate, and the singer was great.
Then walked down to the trolley station, and it came not even 5 minutes after we arrived. We had a nice chat with the bus driver, as he was a full-time RVER also in a fifth wheel. Of course we talked about switch it up and gave him their card on our way out.
We jumped in the truck and drove to Walmart to get to $60 I forgot when I was there with Cindy. Then we got back to the FW. Was way after 9 pm, I made my cup of decaf, they didn't have any at the restaurant. I took a shower and took some allergy pills, and went to bed.
