Church services and Ryan Harmon

Church services and Ryan Harmon

Sunday February 5, 2023

This morning we got up and ready for church. I ate my oatmeal right before 9:00 and we got up to the building for church and donuts. Todd always says he's amazed how everyone comes, he always blames it on people will always show up for donuts.
But Sheila gives the message during church and she always does so amazing. Basically her message was " Ask what the will of the Lord is. "
There's no way to explain it as well as she does, but she talked about her Dad and the last day they spent together, and the conversation they had.
We always sing songs from lyrics they provide.
Todd introduced Ryan Harmon again and did say he never did a church service before and had to learn the songs. He did so fantastic.
Then Brianna,  they're oldest daughter, she asked if everyone would come up and put their hands on her parents, and say a prayer. Which everyone did, she said a prayer over them, which was so touching and very moving,  special moment for us all.

Later I got a picture of Ryan Harmon playing a song for Alison, there youngest daughter.
Love his boots, I wore my boots for him too.

After church we took a golf cart ride  down at the adult pool, they called it the adult pool because there wasn't anything really for kids there. They have a beautiful bar that we talked to the bartender for quite a while.
He was a full-time RVer and travel around and worked with his family and five kids.
He made a fancy drink.

Then I got some great pictures of the piers and party areas around the bar. It was early in the day and also a little cool, so it wasn't busy yet. Rachel and a friend ended up coming down we chatted with them for a minute.
Then we finished our golf cart ride went back to our RV rested for a while, later we had lunch.

We went down to the building again for dinner at 6:30. They had a beautiful sunset as we arrived.
We had a lovely catered dinner and then Ryan entertained the crowd in such an amazing fantastic way. I only took one small video of him, I don't know how to post it, but you can look him up on YouTube.
He played the song that he auditioned with on American Idol, he also Played the song he wrote called " I knew this would happen. "The guy is so great, I said maybe Ryan Seacrest and American Idol didn't make him famous, but Todd Konitzer sure can.
We all loved his songs and had our flashlights on our phones.
We got to talk with him again and get a picture with him. We got home close to 10 pm.
