Had unexpected visitor and a Round of golf

Jim was up really early and slept in his chair for a bit. I made French Toast for us when I got up. It did get below freezing last night. But with the bright shining sun it quickly warmed up to 63 today.
We had our coffee and watched the news and weather. I started doing laundry and Jim made the bed and washed some dishes.

I wanted to do my walk fit with Leslie Sansone on YouTube on the outside TV. Jim came out and got it all set up for me. I just started and he said we have an unexpected visitor inside. I said WHAT,

A little gecko I guess you call it. Have NO idea how he could have gotten in here. He said how am I going to get him out. So I paused my walk fit. And this little guy was just sunning himself in our warm window by the table. I wanted to just grab him, but I didn't want to hurt it. Jim said do they bite, I said OH if you get bit, you will have a huge wound with alot of blood and pain, HaHA he said, so I got a clear plastic container and put it over him, and slid the TTO brochure we still had, over it,, Jim opened the door and I took him over to the tree, he didn't want to get out of the warm dish.
Ok crisis averted I went back out to my 3 mile walk.

When finished went in, was really warm then. Put another load in wash put one in dryer. Then got lunch ready. We had soup I just made.
Then we took a golf cart ride, saw a few people walking around we talked to. Then we got our golf clubs and balls, went to play mini golf. Yea I won.
When we got back wanted to sit out in  the sun for a bit. Barbara and Tony came over on there scooters we talked for quite a while.
When they left, finished up the laundry and brought in shirts I had outside on the clothes line. I heated up dinner the leftover whips we had with pork from freezer. We watched 1883 and some videos before bed, Jim went up first.

COLD Florida Winter Weekend, Branson Show

Jim was up before me, again. He had cereal and fresh fruit for breakfast. They did have a pancake breakfast this am, decided not to go this Saturday, and we wanted to talk to the membership specialist, see if there are any upgrades we are interested in, it  was at 2, we didn't do that either, WAS to cold, we feel we are true Floridians,  now we hate to be cold. There's always next Saturday.

I had  a pot roast I took out of the  freezer and I put in the instant pot for Jim's lunch today. I bought it last year here at J and K Produce and Meat,  took it all around and brought it right back here where we bought it, and made it late in the afternoon. I think I bought to much last year,, still have one left, I think.  I don't eat it.. We ate lunch way after 1 p.m.
Jim had the pot roast a leftover piece of garlic toast from Giovanni's restaurant, corn custard and mashed potatoes. I put the rest outside on the picnic table to cool, got the grease off of it took out a serving and made a big pot of beef and noodle soup. Froze two bowls of it for later. I ate Minastrone soup I made, Jim won't eat any more.

Made plans for seeing Steve and Katrina on Monday. Also texting Sue and Tony made plans to go visit them in Sarasota on Wednesday. So excited about seeing them all.
Later we had leftovers for dinner, and I went for a quick cold 20 minute walk. They were also doing a pork barbecue dinner up at the meeting house, decided not to do that either,  but we went up to see the show from Branson Missouri,  the married couple that sings there regularly they call themselves the  sweethearts of Branson. Barbara and Tony highly recommended them. They were very good, also selling jewelry, which seemed weird,  but I bought some, not so weird selling their CDs.
Was fun, we had a cold golf cart ride home.

Sad Day Remembering

So 12 years ago today my Mother passed away. Sad day remembering that.

Last night I stayed up to late. Was about 11:30, Jim went to bed early about 9. So needless to say, he was up early and I was up almost 8:30.

I made us breakfast eggs, bacon, toast fried potatoes fresh orange. Had coffee Jim even made a second pot.

I put sheets in the washer then left to go for a long walk after 10 am.  I walked past this guy having coffee outside with his dog.  We talked about 40 minutes.  His wife came out for a minute we chatted too. She saw my Switch It Up  hat, and got excited, we talked about Todd and Shelia a bit. We said goodbye. I started my real walk. Walked through the jungle, near the River.
I got home about 12:15. I took a shower when Steve called, Jim was talking to him, trying to make plans to get together. We had lunch, leftovers from restaurant yesterday.
Then we took trash out, and went for a long golf cart ride. We stopped at the produce guy here, We got some really nice kale. I Wanted it  for my soup I want to make. I also made kale chips in the air fryer, never made before pretty good, don't think Jim was a fan of it. He is very anti veggie lately.
Raw kale on left, crispy kale chips on the right.

So later I made the  Minastrone  soup, Jim also not a fan of that,, so he grilled chicken then zucchini and yellow squash and did some green beans. Tony walked over they chatted while he finished.
We had dinner then the soup and chicken with grilled vegetables.
I got ready and went up to play meat Bingo.
I got to see MO from the year we met Bonnie Denton.
Didn't win any meat but was fun.
Jim had a fire and listened to music outside.  I watched some TV went to bed.

Beautiful Day, Met another YouTuber, Giovanni's

We both woke at 8 am today. Jim is doing better with his back, still had pain at times, now his bakers cyst on the back of his knee hurts.
We had coffee and I made breakfast. Put a pot of yogurt on.
I left for my walk around the park at 10:45. Was nice, got pretty warm and sunny by the end of the walk.
Took a few nice pictures.

When I got home we got ready and left for Giovanni's
They have a pizza oven inside.
Jim got ham and cheese calzone, I had seafood ravioli, soup and salad. We both took leftovers home.
Then we went to produce place. It is across from the post office, don't even know the name of it. Have to find out.. Really good.
I got strawberries, 2 sweet onions, blueberries, green beans, new potatoes, 2 oranges, 2 tomatoes, bunch of zucchini and 2 yellow squash.
They also had Strawberry shortcake. We got one for dessert I took 2 bites, Jim ate the rest. He also got a pile of wood, 22 pieces for 20 dollars. Looks really good.

Then we went to Winn-Dixie,  Jim made a beer run then  waited in the truck. It was a very nice peaceful shopping trip. After the restaurant I wanted to make minestrone soup, they had a sad example of it there.

When we returned back to the RV,  Barbara and Tony were going by. We chatted for a bit had to get the groceries inside. As we chatted,  Paul walked by from Liz amazing. I guess this is the year of the YouTubers. they're everywhere. LOL, I took a picture, of Paul he was in the middle, with Barbara and Tony on their scooters.

We chatted for a bit, he was on his way to the bathhouse. They've been here for a week,  today's the first day I saw him. I never did get to meet Liz. We said  goodbye to Barbara and Tony and I went in to put all the groceries away.

After that we went for a golf cart ride. The park is really full. I checked out the activity board. They did a cake walk at 4, as we left saw people leaving with cakes, fun BUT we do not need a cake in here. Nothing going on we want to do tonight.

When we got home Jim sat outside a little. I got dinner ready. We had the hot dogs and grilled chicken patty and his burger, he grilled yesterday. I made zucchini fries again I had some turkey stuffed green pepper soup. Then we watched TV, I took a shower before bed.

Moving to FHU site, Jam session with Jim

Jim was able to stay in bed last night but was up early. I didn't get up till closer to 8. We only had two of the three slides out,  it would have been hard for him to come down and sleep in his recliner, we are hoping to move into a FHU,  full hookup site later this afternoon, as we play the lottery game here.

I made Jim breakfast, eggs,  sausage, and a pancake, he was starving, also a piece of pumpkin baked oatmeal. I had my usual, we shared our coffee. He went outside to put the golf cart together. I went out later and wiped the truck down, and some spots on th RV to clean it back up, After the little bit of rain we had..

We talked to our neighbor, he wanted to see our golf cart. It's cute small size people are fascinated with. We talked about solar, there a  boondocking family, and they decided to  not even to move . They don't even go into CG very often.

We had a light lunch, I made noodle soup with a little bit of deer meat that was left last night for lunch today, was really good. Then we took a drive to see what sites are open. Later we went up to play the lottery game. To give everyone that wants to play a paper with the available sites on it. You have one hour to drive around and pick your top favorites and be back by 2 p.m.. we took the golf cart around and checked them all out in 12 minutes. A lot of people had to walk, so sad for them, LOL. Then we  return to the porch and they called out names in the order they came into the park yesterday. They called the name Rice oh, Jim said do you mean Price, but NO  not yet, I had my favorite site,  and Jim had his.

He ended up getting the one he wanted. I didn't care I just wanted to get settled. It was under some trees. Mine was grass. No  overhanging trees and a palm tree. It works for us so we went back to put the slides in and I follow Jim in the golf cart we got all situated.     By then getting close to dinner time.

I worked on the inside, really doesn't take long. BUT Jim sets the outside up so nice. He arranged such a nice outdoor space. Jim started to grill some chicken patties, I worked on the rest meal inside.

Then we ate dinner, Jim took a shower. We went up to watch the Jam session  then.

They talked Jim into playing a set. Great way to end the day.. I got to talk to our friends Tony and Barbara.
We got home in the golf cart I took shower before bed.

Moving Day in the Rain

This am Jim was downstairs already. We had coffee and started to pack up. After we had breakfast and we both showered, I walked the trash up to the dumpsters. It was raining alittle so they weren't doing walked fit.
I wanted to stop with the produce guy for more strawberries, but he was not there either.
So when I got back, we were almost ready to pull out. And Jim noticed that the outside dually tire on the passenger side really looked low. So Jim pulled the air compressor out and put some air in the tire, all the while it was raining a little.

So we finally pulled out at 10:45 am. We left TTO heading to Peace River TT in Wauchula. It was about an hour and a half drive.
As we drove we finally drove towards a clearing sky. It didn't last long.
When we arrived we checked in, and had to drive around twice looking for 30 amp electric and water only. Tomorrow we will get into the lottery to get a sewer site. OH the simple pleasures of full-time life..

After we got parked we had to unhook, site wasn't deep enough. We walked up to the check in area. Talked with a few people,  one couple was looking for a place to park there MH while they went on a cruise.
We checked out the upcoming activities. Sat on one of the porch swings a bit. Then we started to walk back, I took a little walk while Jim went back to the RV. I walked about 40 minutes in the rain.
When I got back I put a deer steak in the instant pot and made FF in the air fryer, mixed vegetables in MW.
We ate a little later then usual was after 6:30 by then.
Watched a little TV before bed.
Peace River TT in Wauchula
Our temporary site hopefully, this was the next day am Jim setting up the golf cart.

Cold Florida Winter Day

Cold Florida Winter Day,  high 51 degrees low 34

Last night was Jim's first full night he spent in bed. But when we woke up, it was cold, and very windy. The sun did not come out until after 3. We had the heat on all day. Did not go anywhere.
We froze in the golf cart taking the garbage up to the dumpsters. This is one of those very boring to read blog posts, so I'm keeping it short, not even a picture taken today.  I did my walk fit inside the RV for 4 miles.
Later in the Day I was able to talk to Travis.

HAPPY Monday January 24, 2022

Another cold morning, but not as bad as yesterday. We had beautiful  sunshine ALL day. I didn't think they would have walk fit today because of the cold, and wind, and we actually had frost. But no official cancelation yet.
So I called TT to try and switch up my reservation, had to wait for a return call, but didn't work, anyway.
Then I called to book RV Care Pros to fix our problem slide, they are a mobile repair company. Someone I just met in this park,, she used them for there slide,  with good results. Can't wait for that to be done.
Jim also booked a fishing trip for the chain of Harris Lakes on February 15, 8 am till noon.

While I waited for a call back from TT, I got ready to go walk, since I didn't here anything. I didn't leave to late only 9:15 am. There was a few walking, so I joined in. When finished we went to the back of the building, was less wind.  We line danced for 2 hours. Was so fun, here is a picture of us, couldn't get everyone in the shot.

When I walked back saw Mike and Mandy on the way in, said WELCOME to TTO.
When I got home we had lunch, made turkey bacon clubs again, with soup. I took a shower, then we went to fill up with diesel, $3.75 a gal. Then we went and got booze. Wanted more Chi Chi's pre mixed drinks, margarita, Mexican mudslide, pina colada etc.
We got home took a golf cart ride, Couldn't find Mike and Mandy or Sallie and Stewart.
Jim was putting stuff away and started on the golf cart, then Dennis stopped, we got to say goodbye to him. Then a new neighbor walked over, he remembered Jim from some CG from somewhere, he said his son was thinking about going full-time and was wondering how much it cost, that can vary so much, depending on your lifestyle, we started talking about it, THEN Sallie and Stewart road there bikes here and we talked with them till 6:30. Jim still put a few things away. Stewart helped Jim a little with the golf cart. When they left, I went in to get warm and heat up dinner. Jim finished up as it got dark. We ate I put some things away.  Jim Watched hockey before bed.

Cold And rainy Florida Day

Today Jim woke up really early, way before daylight I think he said 4:30. He didn't get much sleep again. I got up right before 7:30. He started the coffee early, we had some together,  we both showered,  I made him breakfast and then I ate and we packed up and headed for the villages.

It takes a good hour to get to Lance and Crystal's house in The Villages from TTO  where we are now. It really is a lovely home, they've only been in it full-time for only three weeks  but they made quite a few trips down to get things ready and paint. It was so nicely decorated I just loved it.

After we got The Grand Tour,
We went into Spanish Springs and went to  Cody's for lunch.  Was really good, the guy's planning a upcoming fishing trip together.
Then we walked around the flea market crafts they had their,  she wanted to find another bird like we bought last year together. The one she had blew away. She also found another pair of earrings she misplaced. It  was really cool out 48 degrees. We were so cold.
We went for a little drive around, then back to the house and chatted for awhile. Another former Bowman employee that retired a few years ago was in Florida and actually called while we were there. So Lance invited him over for a visit, his name is Byron Marshall. We always joke about the three of them starting Bowman South.

We headed home about 4:30 as Bryron was getting his tour. It was great to see them today, we had alot of fun together.

We got home to our RV a little after 5 pm.
Jim put the grill on and made a couple tuna steaks. So good. I had my leftover quinoa and cauliflower veggie dish, heated up some L/O zucchini fries from lastnight. We watched a little TV. I started working on a pink baby blanket for Crystal's first grand baby.

Jim is trying the bed out tonight, went up before 9. I finished this and washed dishes before bed.

Alone time

Our evening's sunset

This morning I heard Jim was awake first, he turned the coffee pot on. I came downstairs a little after 7  am. I made him breakfast, we had our coffee and I ate too, then  got ready to go exercise for Walk Fit that we do it 9 a.m..
I checked the mail again first, Jim said we're missing another package. I texted him there wasn't any.. He told me he fixed the trucks back window. It now opens and closes. YEA.  This is what he had to replace.
When walk fit was over,  a few of us decided to go inside and do some line dancing, I was one of five of us. We danced for good hour.
Jim went to hang out with his brother again. So I got back to our clean RV, and I was home ALONE. :) So I decided to work on the inside too, and clean alittle.  I put some stuff away and vacuumed, that takes awhile.
My Rainbow, I want to start a business cleaning RV'S with it, I can show people the dirty water when I finish. Would you pay. And how much for this service???
I made myself lunch, was after 1:00 made a  turkey, bacon, and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I took a shower then watched a few YouTube videos.
Tryed to plan a few upcoming dinners and took some food out of both freezers. Washed some towels too hung them outside.
Jim got home a little after 4 p.m. after visiting his brother. He said it was a lot of driving today. Took about an hour to get there,  they went to Oakwood Smokehouse for lunch. Then went to the German bakery Yahala, for dessert.  The one that he took his mother to last year. He filled up the water jugs too  before he came home.
We sat and chatted for a while, then we took a walk about 40 minutes. Lance called while we were walking, we planned on getting together tomorrow.  He was Jim's former boss, when he told him about The Village's, he checked it out and retired before us. They are younger than us,, then bought a house there last year.
Came back and made a light dinner for us. The grilled chicken he made the other night and I made zucchini fries in the air fryer. I made myself quinoa in the Instant pot with cauliflower rice and veggies SO good, Jim won't eat it.

Rig Washing Day

It was a later night then were used to, but I was up just after 7 and we did our morning routine and I went up to do walk fit, got the mail first then we walked at 9, and line dance from 10 to 12, all outside,  what a beautiful day it was 83.

When we were finished I went over to the produce guy and bought more strawberries and three zucchini.
Then I drove back to the RV. I came in and sat for a while. Couldn't wait to find out what happened with the AC when Jim went back  up on the roof . Long story short he knows what he's doing, I think he said it was the relay switch that was closed . He had to adjust it so it would open and close properly . Then we were back in business both AC's running. He is Amazing

I heated up the turkey burgers and we had that for lunch. I took a shower and washed the dishes, for some reason the water was temporarily off for a short time.
Jim had to call Hotties Detailing, they were a little later than he expected. He's a very punctual guy, once they arrived and they started on the roof, I hate watching, I just don't like alot of people on the roof..

This is how Jim likes to wash rig now.

So we took a short golf cart ride a good half hour long. As we saw the food trucks were starting to come in for the evening. We got back to the RV sat outside for a few minutes took some pictures then I went inside. It was very weird hearing the high-powered buffing machine from the inside as they started to wax the RV and truck.

Jim sat outside, later talked with our neighbor Dennis as they finished up. I got ready to make dinner, but I  do think he is going up to the food trucks.

Jim took care of the 3 young guys who washed and waxed the RV and truck. It was a little pricey 520.00 plus 75. Tip. They did a GREAT job, Jim was very happy he didn't have to do it.

We went over to Dennis and Linda, they showed us there FW.
Then I went into RV to make my food, Jim and Dennis took our golf cart up to the food trucks and got there food. They got back and ate. I was finished by then. Jim Watched hockey and talked to Bryan for awhile.
I went to bed early.

We saw a space center launch

This morning we did our normal routine and I was up for the Walk Fit at 9 a.m.. Still windy out, needed my scarf. When I got back from exercise Jim put the grill on and we grilled chicken tenderloins, two different ways 1 lightly breaded,  the other was just  seasoning, he grilled two turkey burgers,  and sweet Italian sausage. Will have easy meals for a few days, by all our prep work.  Had some people stopped from PA chatted for a bit. Had to go the grill  was on and lunch was ready. We said our goodbyes.

After we ate lunch we went for a long golf cart ride, almost two hours I think. It's a huge Park TTO. Later we were sitting outside, we were trying our drinks from Walmart, Mississippi mudslide sample bottles and a pina colada. I had a sip of both they were way more delicious than I thought they'd be. He wants to get some more.

We had the awnings out, and I noticed that the  AC  seem to be running a lot even though the sun wasn't hitting the RV anymore. So we went inside to check it out. The compressor and the outdoor fan was running, when he turned the  thermostat off, the fan and compressor kept running. It almost sounded like it was the neighbor, but you could hear it on the roof. He had to turn the breaker off, for it to go off. Something else for my AC man to fix. It was almost dark by then, so a project for another time. Of course when it's going to be really hot the next 2 days.

They're was supposed to be a launch from the Kennedy Space Center at 7:04 tonight. So after dinner we went out and looked. It was really cool outside by then, came back in. Had the news paused and they said now it was going to go off at 9:02. They didn't know why they had a delay on the news, I told Jim because moving day, you think  you're going to be ready by 7, but no you don't get out of there until 9.
We went back out right before 9 saw the launch it was a big orange Fireball in the sky, was really neat to see. Then we came back in went to bed. We have a big day tomorrow.

Wednesday January 19, 2022

SO excited for TODAY

This morning I was awake just after 6 had a lot to do to get ready for our big day. I even woke up before my instant pot beeped,  for my yogurt was finished by 6:30 a.m.. We got ready, I packed a lunch and left at about 8:10 a.m..
On the way to the Tampa RV show on I-4,  a car in front of us lost control and spun out,  hit the cement barrier wall. Car in front of us stopped, she had  stopped in the middle of the 3 lane road. Her mouth was all bloody, was terrible to see.

When we arrived to the show, traffic was starting to get heavy. About 930,  As we walked in we were able to see Fiona, Todd and Sheila's fifth wheel as they affectionately call her, and the DRV from Suite travels. Jim and Kellie. L to R
Jim and I feel the Tampa RV show is larger than Hershey because things are more spread out and it's definitely a more fun festive atmosphere. They had a one-man band guy walking around a tall guy on stilts, this funny plant guy, he would stand up, squat down, he  used all the vegetation puns like, I'm A fungi.
Beautiful pond at the Show.
As we walked around we went to the tire minder booth. On our way there to see Todd and Sheila they spotted us first,  because we had on our Switch It Up T-shirts. We got to meet them and get a picture, we talked to some other switch crew that will be at the meet and greet tonight, also going to the  Huddle in Texas.
There was also a golf cart to look like a pirate ship with six Pirates inside driving around playing music, bagpipes walking around Etc.
Around noon we walked out to eat our lunch in the truck. Took the little tram cars back trying to save Jim from doing too much walking. Which is almost impossible at the RV show. The only thing we bought there was a 25 oz beer and Jim got me a bottle of water. Total cost $18.  SHOCKING

We left the RV show a little after 3 in the afternoon. Then we drove to Lazydays because we needed Tank Tech RX for black tanks. Jim wanted to get hinges for the pantry that the right door keeps breaking them in travel. . We needed a new vent cap on the roof, I found a microwave popcorn popper to try and make it less calories then the MW bags.  Jim asked if he could get a wiring diagram for the AC, that he hopes to play with it tomorrow and get it running again,  for the upstairs AC / heat pump.  I had two cups of hot tea as I walked around and he did all that.

Then we left for Keel and Curly winery for the Meet and Greet with Todd and Sheila.
It didn't take long to get there. A white truck in the parking lot, the couple inside saw our shirts and they said we know we are in the right place. They were from Daytona drove over for the Meet and Greet. I said we are going in early to eat dinner. I said come in and join us. So they did. He had a nick name of Cheese, long story and wife Nancy. So fun to hang out with. They are going to Texas too.

The food was great too. We looked at menu on line the day before.. Jim had a burger with bacon Bleu cheese and blueberry sauce on it with FF, he loved it. I had salad with strawberries and blueberries and pecans. Jim did a beer tasting, 6 or 7 different kinds. We shared a slice key lime pie too.

Found out about 212 people there.
Other YouTubers were there too Harold from One Strange Adventure,  No sticks NO bricks, a few other too.
There's youngest daughter Alison flew in to surprise them. We all said hi to her, she thanked us all for supporting her parents. So sweet of her.
We bought more Switch It Up merch, they had a line to take pictures with them.
By then it was just about 8:30. We got ready said our goodbyes and headed out. About an hour drive back to CG.
Strange driving in the dark, we arrived about 930. As we came in long driveway entrance, about 3/4 mile, we could see fireworks off in  the distance from Disney. We put some stuff away. Jim went to " bed" first, but  he wasn't able to stay in bed the whole night.
What a FUN day.

Working on Microwave and still Windy

Jim was awake before me, and turned the coffee pot on. Till we did our morning routine, I got ready to go up and walk and line dance. Cool and windy still, but sunny.. Before I left I called RV place to look at microwave.
I  took the golf cart up , I need all the time that I can get to get ready, plus I have alot of stuff to carry.  How did I get to work by 6 am. LOL. Also Hoping the buggy doesn't blow over.

We walked for an hour, 3 miles with walk fit. Then went inside to line dance, someone heard that some employees here have Covid and were still working inside. So we went back outside in the wind.

Jim texted me he needed a 20 amp fuse for MW. The RV place called him back, and said they don't work on MW. So he did it him.  The store here didn't have any. We danced a little longer. Then I asked if anyone had one, Betty said she did, She texted her hubby Dale. I took her home on the golf cart, he looked and looked, had alot of sizes, but not 20.  I thanked them came home. Really felt like I could blow over then.
Went inside to this. Work in progress.

Hope it works after we go get one. I made us lunch, then. Jim's brother called. Jim was watching Creed I and II. While I caught up with our blog.
Then we went to find a fuse and get a couple groceries.
We tryed Wal*Mart first for fuses. Had no 20 amp. Got our groceries, wore our masks in there. Then went to Lowe's NO fuses got 15 amp, just incase can't find anymore. Checked O' Riley had 20 amp glass, no ceramic ones.
Then it  was after 4, so we went to Chili's Jim had fajita with steak and shrimp, I had salmon with broccoli and Mexican rice. Really good we do like it there alot.
Then we filled up with diesel at shell Station, 85 dollars.
View of moon when we pulled into TTO.
We got home with alot to put away. Jim put the fuse in YEA, worked great, he's the man. I put all the food away Then I took the top vent in the shower to scrub the grease off. He put it all back together.

Jim Watched hockey I went to bed.

Rainy Day in Florida

Woke up around 7 am. Had rained overnigh, and into the morning. Did our am routine, until I went to make us breakfast, put my oatmeal in the microwave for 30 seconds, it came on, and then off again and the screen went black. Now apparently we need to fix the microwave convection oven.

Later in the afternoon after lunch I called and talked to my brother David for a good hour, later in the afternoon I called and talked to Travis while he was watching the Eagles, Jim had it on too.
The rain stopped in the afternoon, it really got sunny. But still alot of wind. We watched the neighbors son behind us hit golf balls most the afternoon, someone must have said something. He stopped with his Mom, that I walk/line dance with, to tell us both they are foam balls.
Right before dark I found my YouTube video of the lady who does walk fit, and I did that on the TV, I guess she had a southing voice because  Jim fell asleep in his chair while I did that.
After we had dinner I made quesadilla for myself,  and I had a little hamburger left,  I made Jim two little meatloaf  patties in the air fryer with rice and also corn on  the cob in the instant pot. I had to make a knew plan for dinner when there's no microwave convection oven.
After dinner just after dark we took about an hour walk around the campground, the wind had subsided a lot by then. Found out earlier the big tent we had the yard sale under blew over,  they had to take it down.
When we got home I took a shower and then we watched the 5th episode of 1883 we went to bed after 10 Jim never even came upstairs , he still is having a hard time laying flat in bed.

Beautiful day for Yard Sale

Today we woke up just after 7:30, we really slept in today. Jim was already downstairs and turned the coffee pot on. After our morning routine, I wanted to be ready to be up at the activity center for the yard sale they do up there on Saturdays. Last year we did it at our sites, but I was hoping there would be more activity up there.

After I packed up what I needed he drove me over there. I wasn't hoping we were going to be having it inside, oh, again I forgot the C word. Couldn't believe I was the first on there too.
It was only one lady that came behind us, she sold Tupperware her name was Sue, till the day was over we got to know each other quite well. We are going to lot of the same campgrounds. Once I realized I had to stay outside,  Jim took the golf cart back to the RV, got me my scarf sneakers another coat, Etc.
I talked him into going into the hot tub for his back, which I'm surprised he actually did it. Then he took the golf cart back and showered.
By then he had heard from Larry, his brother, he was trying to plan a day he would go pick him up and they would go for lunch. He brought the golf cart back for me and walked back to the RV and took off to see him.
Sue and I did have a lot of people to talk to, we both sold some things we were quite happy.
I brought soup in a tupperware container, she was selling one, I thought that was kind of funny.  I heated it up in the rec center and ate it outside.
We both packed up, went from 10 to 2, we both left at 2.
Jim and Larry, he took him to Cody's for lunch, texted me a picture of the menu, see if I wanted to order something. I told him to bring me some salmon for dinner tonight. When I got back to the RV I ate a little bit more for lunch..
Relaxed, watched YouTube. Found the YouTube video of the walk fit we do. Her name is Leslie Sansone, So I did a 3 mile walk in here,  finished right before Jim got home.
We talked to neighbors she bought a couple bags from me. We talked to her hubby Dennis, from PA.  while he put my stuff away.
Then we took the golf cart up to where the food truck was, had hot dogs and sausage, he had sausage. We took a short ride as was getting dark, we had to put lights on.
He brought me a lovely piece of salmon and a salad from Cody's was great. We took showers and he watched Hockey.
