Very Hot and Beautiful Stay at Home Day

Very Hot and Beautiful Stay at Home Day

Sunday February 28, 2021

Jim was up first, rested and happy to know we Don't have to go anywhere. Although we did talk about options of where we could go if we wanted to. But decided to stay home and relax.
We had a late breakfast and then went for a long golf cart ride. Took alot of pictures of the beautiful golf course the CG is on.  The high temp was 87. Very warm and breezy.
The neighbor along side of us has a permanent site, a guy alone. He was about to wash his FW. I was sitting on the sofa watching him. I watched for a long time trying to figure out what he was going to do. He has a small red trunk with a little piece of equipment in the bed. Turned out to be a power washer. He put the truck in the back of his FW. With cords and water hoses everywhere. He moved the truck and the power washer fell off the back. Then he put it back on up again. Has a ladder in the bed. With a rope tied to the handle. He got on the roof and was trying to pull it up on the roof.  Jim was not that interested in what he was doing, but when I gasped for the second or third time, thought it was going to smash against the side of the RV. I said you might want to go help the poor guy. So he did. He thanked him, said he was doing his spring cleaning early. He did the roof then washed the sides, he was finished so quick. Like I say,  better then before, but Jim does such a good job when he does it, makes stuff, anything look like new when he cleans it.

We had lunch, trying to use up stuff we got out of freezer. We also just got a pork loin to smoke when thawed and some chicken we didn't have any for awhile.
Today once again the pollen was really bothering me. I even layed down almost an hour hoping my head would stop throbbing. While Jim watched the Flyers game on his phone.
I worked on putting numbers in my log book for February, trying to figure out how much we spent, this was a hard month to do with everything we did.

Spent alot of time watching the redheaded sand cranes. Can you find the 2 babies in this picture, they are so small.

To end the day a picture of my girls, Sarah 13, and Amelia 9, the birthday girl at there sleep over at Sarah's.
